disciplinaries to support you to meet high equality standards and goals.

harassment, discrimination, disciplinary and grievance cases.

A Bit About Me
I’m Andrea Derbyshire, the HR, Diversity, and Inclusion Consultant behind Andrea Jane Consultancy, which I proudly established in 2018.
Andrea Jane Consultancy is female-led, qualified, experienced and professional with a can do pragmatic approach that helps you to get the best out of people, improve your culture and equality performance and minimise risk.
I have a friendly way of working that quickly builds strong relationships with clients giving clear no nonsense advice and delivering the right skills, and the right service at the right time.
I have over 27 years HR experience at a senior level specialising in in equality, diversity and inclusion. I have worked across industries such as Telecommunications, Retail, The Voluntary Sector, IT and Healthcare.
I have 15 years experience in the NHS and led the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda across three NHS hospitals in the NHS for a decade including work at a national level.
I am a chartered fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD).
In 2019 I set up the Diversity & Inclusion Leaders Space Facebook group for people working on, in or passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion to work together to share ideas, resources, ask questions and learn from each other.
